Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview

At Ark Packaging, we strive to deliver high-quality packaging products. Due to the customized nature of many of our products, this Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds may be granted.


2. Custom Orders (Important)

  • All custom packaging orders (including printed boxes, branded packaging, or made-to-order items) are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Once artwork/design is approved by the customer, we are not responsible for design errors, including:
    • Spelling mistakes
    • Incorrect dimensions
    • Color variations

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive damaged or defective items:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos of the issue
    • Description of the problem

After review, we may:

  • Offer a replacement, or
  • Issue a partial/full refund, at our discretion

4. Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong product due to our error:

  • Contact us within 7 days
  • We will:
    • Replace the product at no cost, or
    • Issue a refund

5. Non-Custom (Standard) Products

For non-custom items (if applicable):

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • In original condition and packaging

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error is ours.


6. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before production begins
  • Once production has started, cancellation is not possible

8. Color & Print Disclaimer

  • Slight variations in color may occur due to:
    • Screen differences
    • Printing processes
  • These are not considered defects

9. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
