1. Overview
At Ark Packaging, we strive to deliver high-quality packaging products. Due to the customized nature of many of our products, this Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds may be granted.
2. Custom Orders (Important)
- All custom packaging orders (including printed boxes, branded packaging, or made-to-order items) are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Once artwork/design is approved by the customer, we are not responsible for design errors, including:
- Spelling mistakes
- Incorrect dimensions
- Color variations
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive damaged or defective items:
- You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Description of the problem
After review, we may:
- Offer a replacement, or
- Issue a partial/full refund, at our discretion
4. Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong product due to our error:
- Contact us within 7 days
- We will:
- Replace the product at no cost, or
- Issue a refund
5. Non-Custom (Standard) Products
For non-custom items (if applicable):
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition and packaging
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error is ours.
6. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled before production begins
- Once production has started, cancellation is not possible
8. Color & Print Disclaimer
- Slight variations in color may occur due to:
- Screen differences
- Printing processes
- These are not considered defects
9. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
